Mt. Ranier

God is good and prompted me to check the weather and the forecast for Ranier today was sunny. Tomorrow however was forecast for rain and clouds. Not good. So the itinerary was changed and we headed straight for Mt. Ranier. As we drove, here is what we saw.



It is a little disappointing that the pictures do not show the grandeur. There are no words to describe the mountain. It is absolutely awesome! We started at Sunrise Visitor Center. We went to the Ranger Station and the Ranger suggested Silver Lake Trail. An easy one mile trail but the fabulous part was that all the way back we were facing Mt. Ranier. Wow!!!
